Position Paper of tekom Europe on the European Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act

On March 13, 2024, the European Parliament has the first reading of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act on its agenda. The AI Act will significantly impact our sector. tekom Europe is lobbying for the adoption of the AI Act by the Members of the European Parliament. In the POSITION PAPER OF TEKOM EUROPE ON THE EUROPEAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) ACT, we also explain where we see a need for improvement and clarification regarding AI systems and their instructions for use and technical documentation. Today, we sent the position paper to the Members of the European Parliament.
